Stencil Pumpkin:
Use tape to attach a monogram stencil to the pumpkin.
Trace monogram with a Sharpie marker.
Remove stencil.
Fill in with Sharpie.
POLKA DOT PUMPKINS:

Squeeze a little outdoor acrylic paint into a cup
Use a round spouncer (sponge) to lightly dab paint onto surface of the pumpkin.
PAINTED PUMPKIN:

Use tape (I used electrical tape because the paint bled less) to create whatever design you like on the pumpkin.
Use acrylic paint and a spouncer (sponge) to apply to areas of pumpkin that have been left open.
Allow to dry.
Remove tape.

I used faux gold leaf, and bought a kit because it had all the supplies i needed!
Use a paint brush to apply adhesive wherever you would like gold leaf on your pumpkin.
Allow to dry just enough so that the adhesive has changed from white to clear. It will be tacky.
Carefully place sheets of gold leaf to areas with adhesive.
Use a dry, stiff brush to smooth gold leaf and create distressed edges.
Apply sealer and allow to dry.
CAULKED PUMPKIN:

Apply paintable caulk to your pumpkin in whatever design you like.
Allow to dry.
Protect pumpkin stems, by covering with masking/painters tape.
Use chalk spray paint to give it the finishing touch!
MARBELIZED PUMPKINS:
Add warm water to a disposable bowl. -pour nail polish in wavy pattern on top of water (use 2 or 3 colors if you like). -while holding the stem, dunk the pumpkin in and swirl around in nail polish -set on protected surface to dry.
SILVER LEAF PUMPKIN:

Gather leaves from your garden.
Trace leaf onto foil.
Carefully cut out with scissors.
Apply Mod Podge (I used the matte finish) to the back of the leaf with paint brush.
Apply leaf to pumpkin.
Use your brush to help form leaf to pumpkin and also paint more mod podge over the top and around of the leaf to help secure it.
Allow to dry.
Use a toothpick to create leaf veins.
